On Monday, Bally Technologies, a top casino supplier based in Las Vegas, said that it has signed a deal for offering Stratosphere with its online gaming platform. All sister properties of Stratosphere will also be getting served with the services of Bally.
During the summer, Nevada Gaming Commission gave the license to Bally and ACEP Interactive LLC for providing gaming services. However, both the providers are waiting for the final approval, as the entire thing is still in the stage of technical testing.
ACEP Interactive provides services to Aquarius (Laughlin) and couple of Arizona Charlie’s Casino (Las Vegas). It is the online arm for Stratosphere’s owner, American Casino & Entertainment Properties LLC.
While speaking to the press, Frank Riolo, CEO of ACEP, said, “We are quite happy to be an important part of one of the emerging segments in the country. Our partnership with Bally is going to allow both of us to establish a free poker site by the year-end. We will use that site for further enhancing our brand. It will also enable us to be prepared for launching a real money site, whenever permitted.”
The exact detail on the deal between ACEP and Bally is still not clear. However, it is believed by many to be one for the future, if things pen out as planned with the state of online gambling in US.
